New Staff Member Inducted At Connah’s Quay!

Here at Abfad, we believe in showing our new inductees the ropes as early as possible, and this could be our youngest team member yet.

We work regularly down at Connah’s Quay Power Station, providing various rope access solutions, during shutdowns. We provide maintenance and repair services, as well as emergency rescue and safety cover for other power station staff members working at height or within confined spaces.

Recently, during some well deserved time off, one of the lead engineers at Connah’s Quay very kindly took our supervisors son, Alfie, around the power station, to give him a taste of what working in a power station is all about, and of course, what his dad gets up to.

The look around was fantastic and Alfie enjoyed his time there. A big thanks go out to the team down at Connah’s Quay for being so welcoming and providing a great tour around the station. As for Alfie, we’ll have him up on the ropes in no time, who knows he may even take over from dad!
