ABFAD Ltd have undertaken major structural installation projects utilizing multi-discipline trades by means of Rope Access with (patented) permanent magnets to assist with positioning.

ABFAD Ltd has the skill, experience and knowledge to assist clients with cost reductions on Major Projects and to achieve planned mile stones for successful project completion without the need for costly scaffolding.

Pressure from High Pressure Drum Safety Valve forced pipe silencer to rupture due to corrosion, picture of remaining stub on boiler house roof. Silencer pope section landed at ground level..

New HP silencer was welded in position utilising Rope Access techniques. After Welding complete Magnetic Particle Inspection was carried out. Client originally was going to erect scaffolding approximately 50 metres to enable hot work to occur.

Installation of 2 blister tanks on both sides of the semi submersible Oil rig. All welding and Non Destructive Testing (for DNV) carried out utilizing Rope Access techniques
